Yesterday 95 are back with another experimental EP. The spiritual sequel to Decades (2020).

When The Sky Folds: A brooding dance inspired track with one foot in our rock roots and the other on the dancefloor. Built with a vintage Yamaha TX81z FM synthesizer and live instrumentation of drums, guitars and ebow.

Hesitate: A sweeping mid tempo experiment featuring pitch innovations fluid chords front and centre. The chords glide in a unusual way inspiring a modern approach to this song.

Glazed Over Vibes: Atmospheric upbeat and groovy, featuring vintage E-MU strings and melted keys for a song oozing with personality.

Cracks in The Glass: Anthemic pop/rock ballad with syncopated mellow verses and a sing along chorus.

From The Balconies: Trap inspired lo-fi noir with tin can vocals for flavour.

To celebrate the release of Yesterday 95’s When The Sky Folds EP we’re putting together our first ever competition. Hopefully some of you decide to get involved! We don’t really have any expectations for this competition, we thought it would be fun to set up and see what happens:
